  • How old are the VERDE apartment homes?

    VERDE apartment buildings were built in 2015

  • Does VERDE accept pets? Are there any restrictions, and what are the fees?

    VERDE welcomes most dogs and cats. There is a limit of two pets per apartment home, and there are certain health, immunization, personality, licensing, and age requirements for pets to be accepted.  There are also certain breed restrictions on dogs.  Pet fees are outlined in our pet policy.  Pets must be leashed and curbed while on the VERDE property.  Please contact one of the VERDE Leasing Specialists with questions and for additional details.

  • How much is the security deposit, and is my security deposit totally refundable?

    Routinely, VERDE will require a security deposit equal to one month’s worth of rent in the apartment home you are renting.  At the end of the term of your lease, your security deposit is returned to you. However, if there are any damages to the apartment home you rented, if excessive cleaning of the apartment home you rented is required, or if you have any other outstanding charges owed on your lease account, these costs will be deducted from your security deposit.

  • How much are the VERDE application fees?

    (Is my application fee refundable if my application is denied, or if I change my mind?)


    The VERDE application fee is $50.00 per individual application. If your application is denied, or if you change your mind, the application fee is NOT refundable.

  • What utilities are included in my VERDE lease?

    Your lease at VERDE includes internet, cable, water, sewer, and valet trash. You will be responsible for paying your electric bill. You will pay your electric bill directly to PPL. Please contact us with further questions! 

  • Does VERDE have cable and internet service?

    Yes – VERDE is a Verizon Enhanced Community, which means we have state-of-the-art Verizon FiOS® 100% fiber-optic network to the Verde property and within our buildings.  This means you will enjoy high-speed internet service and high-definition digital cable television service.

  • If I need maintenance or repairs to my apartment home, how do I report my request?

    VERDE has a professional on-site property management team located on-site.  Maintenance and repair requests can be scheduled by stopping by our office, calling our office, or most conveniently by filling out a request online in the VERDE resident portal.  Additionally, VERDE has a 24-hour emergency maintenance response service for emergency repairs.

  • When is my lease payment due?

    Your lease payment is due on the 1st of each month.  If it is received after the 1st of the month, there will be a fifteen (15%) late fee assigned to your account.  However, VERDE does offer convenient auto-pay for easy rent payments. VERDE also accepts credit cards for an additional service charge.

  • I will have a person staying with me for a little while, will that be permitted by my lease?

    Guests are welcome to stay with you very briefly.  However, guests staying more than three (3) days / two (2) nights should register with the VERDE Leasing Office along with vehicle information (year / make / model/license plate) so that their car is not towed off the property.  Guest(s) over the legal age are limited to a maximum stay of fifteen (15) days.  You will be responsible for the conduct of your guest while they visit us at VERDE and ensure that they follow all rules and policies of the community.  Any guest(s) over the legal age staying with you in your apartment home at Verde beyond fifteen (15) days will be considered a violation of your lease.

  • I enjoy grilling. Will I be able to grill at VERDE?

    Yes, VERDE has provided gas grilling stations in the common outdoor amenity area for you to use.  However, for safety reasons, grilling is prohibited anywhere else on the VERDE property – including on your patio/deck or in other open or lawn areas.

  • Where do I park? Do you have garages?

    VERDE offers ample on-site free parking for our residents.  Additionally, VERDE offers limited number of garages on-site for rent by our residents for an additional fee.  Garages may only be used for parking vehicles and may not be used for storage, workshops, etc.

  • Where do I do my laundry?

    The apartment homes at VERDE feature a full-sized actual laundry room. The laundry room is fully equipped with a high-efficiency Energy StarTM full-sized clothes washer and electric dryer.

  • I want to have a birthday party for a friend. Is there a room I can rent for this?

    Yes – the VERDE amenity center features many great benefits which our residents value, and the party room/kitchen rental is one of the greatest features. The room can be reserved in advance for an additional fee as well as a security deposit.

  • I enjoy a quick work-out on the elliptical machine in the morning. Can I do this at VERDE?

    Yes – the VERDE amenity center also features a fitness circuit with many great work-out machines.  Additionally, there is a separate yoga / Pilates room as well.
